The Jolleyhealth Coaching Method has evolved over more than 10 years of working with clients in London who sought effective support for stress relief and for building both physical and mental resilience to enhance productivity and overall performance in life and work.
It is designed for women who are either navigating or recovering from a stressful period in their lives and want to reduce physical and mental tension, build confidence and gain clarity.
By combining evidence-based coaching techniques with functional movement practices, including mobility, stretching and mindful exercise, the 'Push–Pull–Play–Pause' framework allows clients to safely express themselves, release stored tension and reconnect with their energy.
The result is a sense of balance, emotional release and the natural lift of endorphins.
