'I started seeing Suzie with the initial intention of getting back into a pair of my favourite jeans, 6 months on and I have not only achieved this goal but am filling my wardrobe full of size 10s for the first time since I was a teenager!

 

Not only have I grown in physical strength, I have grown in confidence, no longer am I hiding at the back of the aerobics class, I can now happily go in and work out on my own in the gym, something I never thought I would ever want to do, never mind be fit or strong enough to do!

 

Suzie provides me with programmes so I can work to these outside of our sessions together with invaluable advice on food and diet.

 

As well as working out and keeping trim I am learning more about the body, muscles and so many different ways of exercising. I would highly recommend taking the step to work with Suzie on a fitness or weight loss goal, after months of going it alone I would never turn back.'
