Women's 'Movement-For-Mind' personal training is a combination of training and mindset coaching that supports the whole of you, your physical, emotional & mental well-being.
Learn how to train effectively & safely for your body type, level of fitness and goals and gain the exercise knowledge you need to see results.
Be supported by a trainer/coach with whom you can actively express both physical & mental stress, build mind & body confidence and take the transferrable skills gained from exercise & mindset coaching (strength, resilience & freedom) into your everyday.
