Finding movement that works for you & your lifestyle. Included in the programme are specifically designed workouts for women trying to manage both physical & mental stress.

Stress Reduction & Management

Mental & physical stress management techniques, active rest & recovery tools.

Optional Movement-For-Mind or Sound Healing Therapy sessions available.

Clarify goals, manage ambition overload, reduce indefinite action,

prioritise & set realistic actions, use structured reflection to clarify what you want & why

Nutritional

Coaching

Tailored nutritional coaching to

suit your personality, lifestyle, hormones and goals. Food diary analysis, bespoke weekly micro-habits to investigate. 

Lifestyle

Sleep health & recovery practices, time management techniques, motivation aid and effective micro habits to create  more 'you-time', energy & happiness.

Initial Consultation where we'll explore the challenges holding you back from making progress and work together to create a practical action plan. This plan will involve making lasting changes in your behavior that align with your goals. We'll adapt and build upon this plan as we move forward each week.

Health & Wellness Coaching Sessions And Check-ins: the frequency and duration of these sessions can vary based on your needs and preferences. Weekly 30min sessions are common, but some individuals may opt for bi-weekly 60min meetings. The ultimate aim of weekly health coaching sessions is to empower you with the knowledge, skills, and support necessary to achieve and maintain a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle. MFM Personal Training Sessions: Movement-For-Mind training sessions are designed to focus on the whole you rather than simply the physical. Exercise that combines strength training, mobility & stretching modalities that compliment your levels of energy, mood & overall goal. Sessions that allow you to express how you feel through movement & supportive conversation. 


Tailored Nutritional Support: I aim to empower you with knowledge and skills in nutrition, ensuring that you can properly nourish your body for optimal performance while gaining confidence and control over your food choices. My ultimate objective is to free you from the reliance on meal plans or passing diet trends, as these are typically short-term and offer little insight into nutrition.

A customised training programme that caters to your individual requirements, preferences, and goals. You have the freedom to choose exercises, and your feedback is crucial. If an exercise doesn't suit you or isn't comfortable, it can easily be swapped out. Whether your availability fluctuates from week to week or month to month, we'll make necessary adjustments to ensure the program fits your schedule. Home, outdoor and gym options available.
